These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. This site is owned and operated by Foneplug Limited (‘Foneplug’ 'we' or 'us' or 'our'). These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Foneplug. Foneplug must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Foneplug will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Foneplug acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Foneplug is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
If within your 30 day cooling off period, you have seen the product you purchased reduced, you are entitled to return it to us free of charge and repurchase the product at a lower price. There is no cost to return your product to us – simply follow this guide. I you see the product you purchased reduced after your 30 day cooling off period, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do. We recommend you sign up to our newsletter so you are the first to know about any offers we release.
Foneplug can only send a product replacement to the address you provided in your original order as this is what formed your contract with us. If you have moved and changed address, you must inform us by email to sales@foneplug.co.uk and we will update your address on the record of your order. Product replacements cannot be re-delivered if you do not inform us by email.
Personal data: All handsets which are sold on the Foneplug website will have been fully tested and factory reset by one of our engineers. If a phone is received by a customer and there is data on the handset, it is the customers responsibility to wipe this data.
General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusi ve jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value servic es and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Foneplug website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Foneplug own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or conten t is strictly prohibited.

Payment Details & VAT
Foneplug accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, calculated under the second-hand VAT margin scheme. We operate the under the Marginal VAT scheme (common on used goods), and therefore you cannot claim the VAT back. A VAT invoice can be supplied but it will not itemise the VAT.
Foneplug prices are in constant flux, and are liable to change at any time; the prices shown are subject to adjustments at any time.
Availability of Goods You Order
If Foneplug has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you immediately and discuss an alternative solution. If no solution is found, any sum debited by Foneplug from your payment method will be re-credited to your account and Foneplug will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made immediately and will appear in your account within 5 working days. Foneplug will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Competitions
Foneplug run competitions to provide customers with the chance to win prizes and freebies. However we do not allow more than one win per customer per household/IP address. Any email address collected will be automatically added to our mailing list. If you do not want to be added to our mailing list please send an email to sales@foneplug.co.uk.
Any email addresses collected will not be shared with any third party company.
Voucher Codes
All voucher codes must be redeemed by the recipient of the voucher or a family member only. Usually voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher codes or offers but do check the terms and conditions of each offer posted and sign up to our newsletter so you are the first to know about them.
